As Chief Marketing Officer, Kelly Siebold is responsible for overseeing the strategy and execution of xScion’s brand, internal and external communications. As xScion continues to build its reputation as the most trusted technology solutions provider that business and IT executives turn to, Kelly’s leadership of marketing and branding initiatives through thought leadership, lead generation, marketing, advertising, public relations and speaking engagements, consistently ensures we our clients’ unique problems are understood and their needs are being met.
Kelly oversees internal communication and effectively communicates with employees, keeping them abreast on the company’s ongoing business opportunities and ventures. Through frequent thought leadership webinars, she provides our employees with opportunities to elevate their careers and share their knowledge, both internally and publicly.
Along with a contagious passion and drive in strategic planning, generating growth opportunities, product innovation and brand management, Kelly brings a unique appreciation for creative storytelling and analytical strategy. She loves the analytics behind marketing – having the ability to determine what is working and what is not and why – and uses her creativity and vision to strengthen existing client relationships and penetrate new market segments. She has extensive experience building brand awareness and driving sales through dynamic marketing strategies at technology SaaS and consulting companies.
Kelly has developed brand and go-to-market strategies for emerging data and technology consulting companies and brings more than 18 years of experience providing marketing leadership to Healthcare, Media, Financial, Insurance and Education companies. Prior to joining xScion, Kelly led global marketing at a high-growth technology consulting company in the DC area where she extended their brand to 6 different countries as they expanded their service offerings. In addition, Kelly managed marketing and communication teams for technology, software and publishing companies.
Kelly is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has been honored with several Mercury Awards for Marketing Campaign excellence from the South Carolina Public Relations Society of America. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
