As the Change Management Practice Lead, Kay Fudala helps clients envision and successfully execute the people side of the transformation journey, be it adoption of Cloud solutions, Agile delivery of products or reengineering of business value streams. Kay brings the latest thinking and best practices from various organizational change frameworks and adjacent disciplines to provide value-driven strategies and fit-for-purpose solutions that address the unique needs of each client.

Prior to joining xScion, Kay spent over 20 years in various roles in the Financial Services industry and in consulting, supporting large scale data, technology and business transformations as a Business Systems Lead and as an OCM Lead. Kay has worked with clients in Fortune 200, Federal and Non-profit organizations to conduct organizational assessments, develop and execute change strategies, establish change management capability centers, and to increase awareness, engagement and adoption of new technologies, tools and processes.

Kay is known for her strategic thinking, active listening and problem-solving skills, and for forging strong relationships and building consensus across multiple organizational levels. Kay is a passionate advocate for leveraging latest research from social neuroscience and behavioral economics to understand stakeholder biases, overcome resistance and sustain change by creating long term shifts in mindsets and behaviors.

Kay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from BITS, India and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech. Kay is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Certified Scrum Master (SMC) and a Six Sigma Blue Belt. She is a certified brain-based and transition coach through the NeuroLeadership Institute and the International Coach Federation. When she is not working, Kay loves to be learning something new, volunteering in the community, or spending time with her family, preferably out in nature.
