As Marketing Communications Specialist, Laurie Winter supports xScion’s branding, marketing and employee communication. With her keen eye for detail, ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results, she helps drive xScion’s messaging and corporate values throughout the organization.

Laurie brings deep experience to her position, having spent 4 years working as a Technical Writer for STG, Inc. where she was responsible for preparing, producing and distributing technical data in formats required by government specification, contract and company policy. In this role, Laurie led the effort to write and produce a technical manual for the Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A) Enabled, Analysis Control Team-Enclave (ACT-E), detailing components of the system and repair procedures. She also previously worked as a Sr. Administrative Assistant for the Division Vice President of Pricing at Northrop Grumman, and as an Executive Assistant for the Founder and President of the MSBL/MABL.

Laurie attended Farmingdale State University and Northern Virginia Community College. She works closely with Stillbrave Childhood Cancer Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization that provides non-medical supportive care to children with cancer and their families in the Northern Virginia/DC area.
